Validation
A package must pass some simple checks before it is allowed to be
built and subsequently reviewed. These include:
- The spec file is automatically checked to ensure that the syntax
is correct and all required fields are present
- A reviewer must check that the license specified is consistent
with the originating community
- A reviewer must check that the copyright file supplied reflects
the license
- The package name must have a good and clear relationship to the
software that it delivers
- The submission does not duplicate existing work by other
community members
